The PADI Underwater Videographer is a specialty course and can be applied toward your PADI Advance Open Water Diver rating as one of your elective dives.

Typically this course can be completed in one day; it includes two open water dives. During this course you'll gain skills and specialized knowledge for underwater videography.

This course includes the following subjects:

1. Selection, maintenance and care of underwater video equipment.

2. Safe diving practices while using underwater video equipment.

3. Exposure, focus and maintaining color with an underwater video camera.

4. Framing shots and camera angles with an underwater video camera.

5. Planning, procedures and techniques of underwater video.
