The PADI Underwater photographer Diver is a specialty course and can be applied toward your PADI Advance Open Water Diver rating as one of your elective dives.

Typically this course can be completed in one day. During this course you'll gain skills and specialized knowledge for underwater photography.

This course includes the following subjects:

1. Selection, maintenance and care of underwater photography equipment.

2. Safe diving practices while using underwater photography equipment.

3. Exposure, focus and maintaining color with an underwater camera.

4. Framing shots and camera angles with an underwater cameras.

5. Planning, procedures and techniques of underwater photography.
