Program Highlights:
Overview:
This is a
2-day guided historical tour of the famous Alamain
battle fields, memorials and museum;
a great excursion for people interested in modern Egyptian history. Each day
starts and ends in Alexandria so you will be transferred back to your hotel in
Alexandria at the end of each day.

Note:
This excursion can be arranged for any day of the week and no preparation or
special instructions are prerequisite.
We recommend you bring
sunglasses, sun cream, a hat or scarf, paper tissue and comfortable shoes.
Additionally, modern toilet facilities are not available so guests are expected
to use their own discretion.
Finally, guests with previous heart or lung
conditions, allergies, asthma or any serious health condition must inform us in
advance. If special
assistance or equipment is necessary for persons with special needs or child
seat restraints we require
at least 48-hour notice. Extra charges may be imposed.
Program Itinerary
Day 01:
Alamain Museum & Memorials
The day starts at 9:00 a.m. in the morning when we will pick you up at your hotel and
transfer you to the Alamain museum. Next is a visit to the allied forces
memorial. Then we will stop for a short break and take our lunch on the coastal
battle fields. After lunch we will visit the German memorials, followed by the
Italian memorials which is the last tour for day one before returning to
Alexandria around 6:00 p.m. Upon arrival in Alexandria we'll transfer you
back to your hotel. Overnight in Alexandria.
Day 02:
Humaymat Hill - Devil's Gardens - Desert Star Memorial & Train Station
The day starts at 9:00 a.m. in the morning when we will pick you up at your hotel and
transfer you to the Humaymat Hill memorial and Devil's Gardens. Next is a tour
of the underground hospital including the a visit to the Desert Star memorial;
we will stop here to take our lunch and a short break. After lunch we will visit
the Sidi Abd El Rahman train station used by Rommel commander of the Axis forces
which is the last tour for day one before returning to Alexandria around 5:00
p.m. Upon arrival in
Alexandria we'll transfer you back to your hotel. Overnight in Alexandria. This concludes our program and
services.
